decade long friends. just the sound of it rings warmth in my ears (:

i love to watch people who are so firm in their every decision. it gives me the 'wow, take-a-step-back-&-let-him/her-do-their-thing' kind of feeling. & it shows a person's confidence & persistance in their decisions/choices. someone once asked me if i thought success was sexy (or something like that). i think confidence is sexy. HAHAH. but the ultimate: i think intelligence is sexy. (haha)

but then what if you've made the wrong decisions & become too stubborn as a person to change? then what will your downfall be? ): like sometimes, people are just too wrapped up in their own thinking to consider other opinions. they're dead on about taking their stand. individuality, they might say. my thinking is oh-so-special(er), they might think. but (favourite phrase coming up, coming up!) i beg to differ.

if you're confident about something, you make sure it's the right thing. & if midway through you realise it isn't, then just take a step back & rethink/reconsider other options. don't continue doing the sameoldsameold & expecting different results (i think it's called insanity, i recall?), it'll ultimately end up as your loss anyway /:
